✅ What’s Covered:

✔ Healthy Sod Guarantee

If any part of your new lawn dies or fails to root properly within 30 days of installation (under normal conditions), we’ll replace the affected areas at no extra cost.

✔ Free Irrigation Inspection

Every installation includes a complimentary irrigation system check to make sure your sprinklers are hitting all the right spots. This helps prevent dry areas and ensures your lawn gets the water it needs.

✔ Installation Workmanship Guarantee

We stand behind our process. If there’s a problem related to grading, leveling, or seam alignment, we’ll fix it quickly and professionally

🚫 What’s Not Covered:

• Damage from underwatering, overwatering, or general neglect
• Insect infestations or lawn diseases 
• Issues with irrigation systems after installation is complete
• Damage caused by pets, foot traffic, or heavy equipment
• Extreme weather like drought, flooding, or storms

📋 Customer Responsibilities

To keep your warranty active, we ask that you:

• Water your new sod 2–3 times daily for the first 2 weeks (we’ll provide guidance)
• Avoid mowing until the sod has rooted (usually 2–3 weeks)
• Keep pets and heavy traffic off the lawn during the establishment period
• Contact us immediately if you notice brown spots, drying, or lifting
